We utilize this information in the provision of services (for example; the preparation of a tax return or preparation of a submission to a financier). We also use this information in order to provide you with data that you have requested. We do not use or disclose personal information for any purpose that is unrelated to our services.

Farm Plan Plus does not sell, rent, trade or otherwise supply to third parties any personal information obtained from you unless you consent. On occasion, we engage the services of third parties in providing services to our clients. In these circumstances we may disclose your personal information to a third party (for example, a technical specialist). These third parties are bound by confidentiality agreements when handling your personal information.
We have developed security measures in our business to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information under our control. Some of these measures include:
- Restricted access to client information ( in both computerized and paper form)
- Confidentiality agreements for all staff and third party suppliers
- Ongoing focus on privacy and confidentiality for all staff

You have the right to not provide us with your personal information. You also have the right to access the information that Farm Plan Plus has collected about you. Your personal information can be changed or updated by contacting us by phone, mail, fax or email.
